Go Climb a Mountain
There are so many travel adventure and athletically-themed vacations now that it can be difficult to choose the one you like the best! You can find a great adventure vacation in your own country, or another. You can go zip-lining though the forest canopy in Costa Rica, climb mountains in many countries, go snorkeling in the Caribbean, photograph wild animals in Africa (or even at Animal Kingdom in Disneyworld), river raft in the U.S., and you can even go rock climbing on board a few passenger ships. They have much more than the lazing around in deck chairs that most people did back in the day. If only one person in your group likes to tackle adventure sports, then that's okay. All vacation destinations have a wide variety of activities. There is something for everyone. If you are physically challenged then many destinations also accommodate your needs in the adventure travel sector. You may even find the new sport called Steep and Deep Skiing. Skiers are dropped from a helicopter onto an un-groomed mountain, and take it from there.That one sounds like a real adventure.
